Getting started with BodyShop Pro takes less than five minutes. Head to our registration page, enter your shop name, email, and create a password. You will get a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature — no credit card required.
Set Up Your First Customer
Navigate to the Customers page and click "New Customer." Enter their name, phone number, and email. You can also add their vehicle right from the customer form — make, model, year, color, VIN, and license plate.
Create Your First Work Order
Go to Work Orders and click "New Work Order." Select the customer, choose the vehicle, and describe the damage. You can set the status, assign a technician, enter insurance details, and set a target completion date.
Pro tip: If you have a Mitchell or Audatex estimate PDF, use the AI Estimate Parser to automatically extract all parts, labor, and totals instead of typing them manually.
Let Your Technicians Log Their Work
Each work order gets a unique QR code. Print it and attach it to the vehicle's key tag. When technicians scan the code on their phone, they can log parts used, labor hours, and upload photos — all without needing a login or app download.
Generate an Invoice
When the work order is complete, click "Create Invoice" to generate a professional invoice with all parts, labor, paint, and sublet costs itemized. You can download a PDF or email it directly to the customer or insurance company.
